You may also mail a check payable to the Community Foundation of Northern Colorado to 4745 Wheaton Dr., Suite 100, Fort Collins, CO 80525. Please write "PSD Foundation" and the purpose of the gift in the memo line.

PSD employees wishing to donate by payroll deduction may contact the PSD Foundation office at (970) 490-3206 to request a payroll deduction form. Donations made by payroll deduction are tax deductible.
