Sandy Boatman, Internal Auditor

Sandy served as the Foundation's Chief Financial Officer for five years before retiring in 2008. She now assists the Foundation in a limited capacity through her role as an Internal Auditor. She also works with the Foundation's Audit Committee and external auditors. Sandy is a CPA and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington.

  


Ray Caraway, President

Ray carries out policies made by the Board of Trustees and sets objectives to meet the board’s long-range goals. He works with donors interested in establishing new funds and those who need assistance with complex gift arrangements, including donations of real estate, trusts and gift annuities. Ray is a former practicing attorney and the former president of two other foundations. He joined the staff in January 2003. 


  

Stephanie Cashman, Chief Financial Officer

Stephanie ensures the proper accounting of each Foundation fund. She also makes certain that accounting and investment activities are carried out according to the policies, procedures, goals and objectives established by the Board of Trustees. Stephanie is a Certified Public Accountant with 10 years of public practice experience with an emphasis in nonprofit accounting and taxation. She joined the staff in May 2009.


Chelsea DeFoort, Program Coordinator

Chelsea provides organizational support to the Foundation and coordinates projects and gatherings that share the Foundation's story with donors, friends and the general public. She also manages reservations for our meeting space and ensures that all who encounter the Foundation experience the highest level of customer service possible. Chelsea holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the Global Social and Sustainable Enterprise Program at Colorado State University. She joined the staff in June 2010.

 


Dr. Phil Farley, Director, Loveland Community Relations

Phil provides staff leadership to our Loveland Community Fund Committee as it guides a fund development campaign in support of the Rialto Bridge, a 20,000 square foot public-private project located in the heart of downtown Loveland. The project will be a catalyst for downtown revitalization, the primary goal of the committee. Phil earned a doctorate in mathematics education and held several managerial positions at Hewlett Packard and IBM, retiring in 2008. He served as a Community Foundation trustee for six years and joined the staff in July 2010.

Roxanne Fry, Chief Operating Officer

Roxanne manages the Foundation’s operations and oversees donor services. She establishes new funds, administers grants and scholarships, directs technology programs, and serves as the key contact for the Foundation’s nonprofit partners. Roxanne also coordinates the internship program. She holds an MBA from Colorado State University and served as vice president of both the Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce and Greeley Chamber of Commerce. She joined the staff in October 2005.

 


Bryce Hach, Homeward 2020 Director

Bryce leads the execution of Homeward 2020, a metric-driven, 10-year initiative to sustainably end homelessness in Fort Collins. This initiative of the Community Foundation will bring together local nonprofit agencies, government entities, and businesses, and examine the best practices of homelessness abolishment across the country. Bryce was most recently with the Hach Scientific Foundation, where he served as executive director. He joined the staff in May 2009.  

 

 

Jeri Hollifield, Donor Services Coordinator

Jeri processes incoming gifts to the Foundation's charitable funds and assists the Presidents and Chief Operating Officer with a variety of donor services. She holds a bachelor's degree in Management from the State University of New York at Binghamton, and has extensive experience in the banking industry. Jeri and her family relocated from South Carolina in 2008 and she most recently worked as a project manager at AMG Creative in Fort Collins. Jeri joined the staff in July 2009.  

 


Jim Reidhead, UniverCity Connections Director

Jim directs the implementation of UniverCity Connections, an initiative of the Community Foundation that creates lasting, sustainable, and meaningful connections between Colorado State University, Downtown, and the Poudre River. Jim served as the director of Larimer County’s Rural Land Use Center for 11 years, is a founding board member of the Fort Collins Downtown Development Authority and co-founded The Cupboard in Old Town. Jim joined the staff in October 2009.
