Room reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
Meetings/events must take place between 8:30 and 11:30 a.m. or between 1:30 and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and between 8:30 -11:30 a.m. and 1:30 - 3:30 p.m. on Fridays. Our meeting rooms are not available between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
The Community Foundation reserves the right to decline a reservation request if it interferes with our other activities.
Reservation Requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to your meeting using our online form.
To be fair, we allow nonprofits to schedule only three meetings at a time.
The Community Foundation's building is located at 4745 Wheaton Drive in southeast Fort Collins near the intersection of Harmony and Lemay. The top priority in the design of this 4,500 square-foot facility was its functional and attractive public meeting space.
The Community Foundation building includes a Board Room and Conference Room that are available for use by nonprofit agencies at no charge. To reserve a meeting room:
Our building provides amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, serving counter, coffee machine, presentation screen, and white board. However, each group should bring their own meeting supplies (coffee, food, beverages, cups, etc.), office supplies, and a laptop computer if needed.
